Join our team! We are looking for Stringers Location: Chatswood, NSW!

Purpose of positions:

Provide a world class stringing service for our online and retail customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prioritise order of racquets to be restrung.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work-space.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to restring a tennis racquet in 20 minutes.
  • Restring using all types of string including polyester, synthetic gut and natural gut.
  • Enjoys stringing 15+ racquets a day.
  • Enjoys talking tennis to other like-minded individuals .

Work Environment:

Customer Service Representative - Full Time/Part Time

Join our team of dedicated customer service representatives, committed to creating the best possible shopping experience for our customers!

Description:

This position is available for both full and part time employees. Possible weekend shift required. Offices are in Myaree.

Purpose of position:

Build the foundation for lasting relationships with new customers and foster ongoing relationships with existing customers via a variety of communication channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough assistance to all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Display a comprehensive and current understanding of company policies, procedures, products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat sessions.
  • Offer outstanding customer service, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Be flexible during busy times by helping fellow co-workers and multi-tasking.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Continually learn and develop skills, procedures, and information relevant to the position.
  • Understand resources available to locate answers to product questions.
  • Communicate with other departments when necessary regarding any customer issues.
  • Additional responsibilities may include participating in training clinics and providing product feedback for use on the website.

Tennis Only is hiring a retail manager. If you have a passion for tennis and have retail experience we are looking for someone like you!

Typical Duties:

  • Retail Managers are responsible for the successful operation and performance of the store.
  • Servicing customers with expert advice on tennis racquets, string, apparel and footwear.
  • Restringing.
  • Stock Management.
  • Retail Merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the retail industry.
  • An excellent knowledge of tennis products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A keen interest and well-rounded general knowledge of the tennis industry.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Position is for 3-5 days a week 9.00 am Ð 5.30pm.Must be available to work Saturdays.
